Traveluxury.com is an innovative live auction service that makes luxury travel accessible to everyone. With Traveluxury.com, you can decide the price you want to pay and also choose when to travel. Our members enjoy incredible discounts!
I have subscribed to the website: what do I do now?
Let the fun begin! Choose your destination from the available selection and enter an auction. There are starting prices and reserves for our auctions. Each auction lasts from 4 to 10 days, and you can increase your bid until the very last minute. At the end of the auction, the winner is the member who has placed the highest bid.
How do the auctions work?
- Create a free VIP membership and log in.
- Browse the auctions or search for a specific destination (they change all the time).
- Read reviews, compare prices and find the deal that’s right for you.
- Place a bid
- If you get outbid, we will notify you and you can choose to raise your bid or not.
- When you win the auction we will e-mail you.
- When you win, your card will be charged. We’ll send you a link to make your reservation.
- Lock in your dates and add more nights if desired (some blackout dates may apply).
How long does an auction last?
Each auction lasts from 7 to 10 days, and you can increase your bid until the last minute.
I won the auction. How do I book my vacation?
Pack your bags! After winning the auction you will receive all reservation details.
I haven't won the auction but I would like to have a trip anyway! What can I do?
You deserve a holiday anyway. For this very reason you will receive a special sale straight after the close of the auction: all members who participated to the auction but did not win will receive a special offer option to purchase the experience at a convenient price.
I won the auction, can I book my room for a chosen period?
Traveluxury tries to find the best available dates for you and the best hotel. In some case it may be necessary to offer an alternative for the same destination.
I won an auction for two people, but I would like to leave with more travellers
When you win an auction, you can request additional beds at an extra cost.
